Breath, the fundamental pillar of life, is one of our most powerful tools. You’ll practice regulating emotion and relaxing both mind and body through guided breathing exercises.

Breathwork

Reduce stress and enhance mental clarity through various meditation techniques. Meditation supports powerful self-awareness by bringing awareness to the breath and seeing your thoughts without judgment.

Meditation

Using a Celtic pattern of 10 cards, this practice helps guide you through challenges. You’ll explore past influences and gain new perspectives on current situations. Often, when clients make these realizations, emotion is released. We then look at potential future outcomes and paths to consider.

Tarot Readings

Embrace the full-self benefits of this ancient Indian practice. Group or private yoga sessions are catered to what you need, whether it’s an energizing flow or a slow, restorative yin. Or learn vagus nerve exercises which you can use as tools to combat anxiety, panic attacks, and interrupted sleep, bringing you back into your parasympathetic nervous systems.

Ecstatic Dance

Relax into an oasis of sound with this grounding treatment. Using crystal bowls, chimes, piano, and voice, we create an auditory journey that helps you relish in the present moment. Finding stillness in the sound journey. 

Sound Bath

Originating in Japan in the 20th century, reiki provides relaxation, warmth, and stress reduction. It involves placing hands on specific areas of your body to direct energy and intuitively read where you may have tension. At Oak & Moss I often combine reiki with a some massage & sound ceremony.

Reiki

This healing therapy has a 2000-year lineage from Thailand. It’s great for on-the-go treatments because it’s performed without oils or lotions while you wear comfy clothes. Done on a floor mat, I apply pressure and use yoga-like stretches to release tension and pain.

Thai Massage

Done on the table with oils, traditional Vietnamese massage works median lines and circulatory networks to release stiffness, soothe muscle pain, and improve mobility.

Vietnamese Massage

Deeper than a deep tissue massage, this ancient technique works myofascial tissue to release tension and emotional blocks for long-lasting benefits.

Yes! This is a great option for productions to treat you with yoga, sound baths, breathwork, or meditation sessions. Ask your production manager to get in touch and we’ll work out the details and bring your team some much-needed relaxation time. 

Thai massage looks quite different from other techniques. It’s done on a large floor mat with clothes on and without using oils. Because of this, it’s especially good for on-the-go treatments. We use dynamic yoga stretching and gentle pressure to move your body and release tension. Vietnamese and Indonesian massages are done on a table, under a blanket with oils. 

***If you’re looking for something that’s not Thai massage but still uses no oils and is done with clothing on because you’ve got to run to set right after, I offer a blended version: therapeutic massage for 30 minutes on trouble areas. 

I’m currently a one-person show, so I recommend booking as far as possible to secure the times that work best for you. 

Yes, I encourage it! Please book multiple sessions via the booking link to secure your appointments in advance. If I need to shift a future session due to my schedule, I’ll get in touch ahead of time to let you know. 

Yes. I know how hard it can be to recharge when you’re working a 6th day, so I offer services on Saturdays to accommodate this.

I serve all over the Greater Toronto Area. When you go to the booking page, you’ll see what regions I’m in on specific days, so you can choose times that work for you.

Absolutely! Sessions are completely on-site. I have a zen tent to hold space in studio hallways, in parking lots, or whatever works best for your workplace.

Yep, I love serving groups. When you book a session, you can indicate your group size (the headcount will affect pricing). Please note that tarot, reiki, ecstatic dance, and massage can only be done as private sessions.
